		<description>BEA didn&#039;t like to become acquired - at least until now. So Oracle has withdrawn its offer. The interesting question now is if BEA will stay independent or will become part of another vendor. CA and HP are obvious candidates, like BMC which I had mentioned in my original blog. But the question is whether anyone is willing to pay the price for BEA - even while it might improve the positioning of the named vendors. Let&#039;s wait and see...</description>
