Today I had an interesting conversation with Roger Hockaday from Aruba Networks (www.arubanetworks.com). Aruba contacted me some time ago after I had been quoted as an experting commenting on mobile security in the Financial Times Deutschland (FTD). We chatted a little about whether there are overlaps between our coverage areas and their products. And we found one, even while Aruba is more the provider of equipment for mobile networks.
But they are as well working on the detection of fraud in wireless networks. And that is, obvious, something which fits perfect to the idea of context-based authorization. We both came to the conclusion that their concepts and context-based authorization will become more integrated with the decreasing maturity of context-based approaches.
